Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by naturally derived fatty acid calcium soap, calcium base grease is expertly synthesized.
This sophisticated formulation utilizes mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, augmented by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Notably, calcium soap interacts with water to form hydrates. These hydrates enable the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil but begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC. Consequently, as the temperature surpasses 100 ºC, calcium base grease diminishes in consistency, constraining its operational temperature range to generally not exceed 60 ºC. Above this, the grease softens, jeopardizing lubrication.
(2) Known for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even in aquatic environments, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture.
(3) Boasting superior shearing stability and thixotropic reliability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a strong sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Its impressive pumping performance is attributed to short fiber structure and low strength threshold, making it easier to distribute compared to other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
When achieving similar consistency with identical mineral oil, calcium-based greases have a binding advantage over other soap-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent lubricant, perfect for medium-speed and load bearings in motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in industries like metallurgy and textiles.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
