Calcium base grease Crafted with precision, this superior calcium base grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, culminating in a synthesized material of exceptional quality.
Utilizing the finest mineral lubricating oil, this grease is artfully thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Uniquely, the interaction of calcium soap with water results in the formation of hydrates. In this state, calcium soap can develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, which accounts for the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this point, limiting its operational range to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature can cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its robust water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical parts in wet conditions or water-contact scenarios.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease adheres firmly to surfaces even after agitation, creating a reliable seal without being dislodged.
(4) Distinguished by its superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers ease of application.
Its consistency is readily achieved compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based types.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
