This superior product is made with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The remarkable interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, which enable highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. As temperatures approach 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing a gradual loss of consistency when exceeding 100 ºC. Therefore, calcium base grease is ideally suited for temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC, ensuring reliable lubrication without softening or failure.
(2) With its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and does not emulsify or degrade when exposed to water. It is the perfect choice for lubricating mechanical parts operating in moist conditions or direct water contact.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on moving parts even when subjected to agitation. This creates a reliable sealing effect without splattering, ensuring enduring performance.
(4) The grease's short fiber composition and low strength limit afford it remarkable pumping performance. This makes calcium-based grease more easily cohesive than other soap-based alternatives like sodium or aluminum-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
