Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from a medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This traditional calcium base grease is synthesized with precision.
Our formulation utilizes mineral lubricating oil, with a medium viscosity that is ingeniously thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, essential for forming highly dispersed fibers in the mineral oil. At temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, resulting in a gradual decline in consistency above 100 ºC. This phenomenon imposes a working temperature limit, generally capped at 60 ºC. Beyond this, calcium-based grease softens, compromising its lubrication capability.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is ideally suited for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or under water contact.
(3) Exhibiting exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its integrity on surfaces after agitation and subsequent stillness, creating a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based, in terms of binding efficiency at the same consistency and mineral oil usage.
This efficiency makes calcium-based grease a preferred choice over other varieties like sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored lubricant. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speeds and loads across a diverse array of equipment, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical applications, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
