Our state-of-the-art facilities leverage advanced high-temperature retorting methods, utilizing expansive coke oven equipment with mature technology. These ovens feature carbonization chambers exceeding 6.0m in height and a volume greater than 38.5m3. Predominantly, our coke products serve the metallurgical sector, especially in blast furnace ironmaking and casting applications.

The main purpose of coke:

1. Coke stands as the cornerstone of coking operations. In numerous nations, over 90% of coke finds its way into blast furnace ironmaking, replacing charcoal in iron smelting. This substitution laid the groundwork for the modernization of large blast furnaces, marking a significant milestone in metallurgy history.

2. Besides iron, coke is integral in the smelting of non-ferrous metals like copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony. It acts as a reducing agent, heat provider, and column support in these processes.

3. In the broader smelting industry, coke plays a crucial role in producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. In steel joint ventures, coke powder also serves as a sintered fuel and a raw material for water gas production, facilitating synthetic material preparation.

4. Achieving optimal technical and economic indicators in blast furnace operations hinges on utilizing smelting coke (metallurgical coke) with ideal chemical and physical properties, including superior thermal characteristics essential for the smelting process.
