Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, ingeniously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This sophisticated synthesis of calcium base grease offers superior performance.
It is expertly formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliable lubrication under demanding conditions.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, enabling calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only in this state. However, when these hydrates decompose at around 100 ºC, the calcium base grease loses consistency, limiting its operational temperature to a maximum of 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or be lost entirely, compromising lubrication effectiveness.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and maintains integrity even when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) Demonstrating remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its presence on moving surfaces, creating a sealing effect without being displaced, even after agitation.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease surpasses other soap-based greases like sodium and aluminum in consistency when using identical mineral oils.
This ease of binding makes it a preferred choice over other grease types for similar applications.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent, providing reliable lubrication for medium-speed, moderate-load rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
