Performance Characteristics:
(1) Ingeniously, calcium soap combines with water to form hydrates, enabling highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature threshold. Therefore, it is advised to maintain usage below 60 ºC to ensure consistent lubrication, as temperatures exceeding this can cause the grease to become soft, compromising its lubricating capability.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is resilient against emulsification and deterioration, even in watery environments. It is perfect for lubricating a diverse range of mechanical components exposed to moisture or water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces even after vigorous agitation, delivering a sealing effect that ensures reliability and prevents release.
(4) The grease features remarkable pumping performance, attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. 1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
