Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water, it generates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in hydrate form. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at about 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature limit, thus restricting its effective temperature range to generally not more than 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens and fails to maintain lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in wet environments, making it ideal for the lubrication of mechanical parts exposed to water or humid conditions.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based, it binds more easily when using the same mineral oil and consistency.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
