Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by processing superior quality raw 'green' petroleum coke in high-performance rotary kilns. These kilns elevate the coke to an impressive range of 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). This intense heating phase effectively eliminates excess moisture, extracts all residual hydrocarbons, and
alters the coke’s crystalline structure, resulting in an exceptionally dense and highly electrically conductive product. Within just a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ready for transportation to storage silos or direct loading into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----Primary applications of calcined petroleum coke include the production of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum processes, as well as carbonizers for the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, industrial silicon smelting, and fuel sources.
