Introduction:
Calcium base grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis process creates a robust calcium base grease.
This premium formulation also utilizes mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring maximum performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) A unique feature of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water. These hydrates enable calcium soap to establish highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, as these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, the consistency of calcium base grease diminishes beyond this point, typically limiting its effective use to temperatures below 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, it may soften or lose integrity, compromising lubrication.
(2) In terms of water resistance, calcium base grease excels, showing remarkable resilience against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist or water-exposed environments.
(3) Additionally, calcium base grease offers excellent shearing and thixotropy stability. Regardless of agitation, it reliably adheres to surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being flung off.
(4) With its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
When achieving the same consistency, this grease binds more effectively, making it a preferred choice.
Even though calcium-based grease dates back to the 1930s, its widespread application endures. It remains a trusted lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
