Introduction:
Calcium base grease This exceptional grease is crafted from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of this calcium base grease combines traditional techniques with modern advancements.
The formulation uses mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap and water to form hydrates allows the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, essential for lubrication. However, the hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to soften and lose consistency, limiting its effective temperature range to below 60 ºC. Operating beyond this temperature may result in the grease becoming too soft to provide reliable lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease maintains robustness without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist or water-contact environments.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease preserves its position on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Its short fiber and low strength limit impart excellent pumping capabilities. When utilized with the identical mineral oil and
consistency, calcium-based grease binds effortlessly, outperforming other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a highly favored choice worldwide. It's adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with moderate speed and load in various machinery, including small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
