Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a finely synthesized product.
Formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this product incorporates synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decline in grease consistency when temperatures exceed this point. Thus, calcium base grease is best utilized within a temperature limit of 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsification or degradation, even when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease maintains its presence on functional surfaces. It offers a superior sealing effect, ensuring that it doesn't get displaced during operation.
(4) The grease's short fiber composition and low strength limit enhance its pumping efficiency, making it easier to handle compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum types.
Calcium-based grease, when formulated to the same consistency with identical mineral oil, binds more effectively than alternatives, providing versatile lubricative solutions.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speeds and loads in various equipment, including small/medium motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
