Coke The raw material for our coke is primarily coking coal with strong bonding capabilities, such as coking coal and fertilizer coal, necessitating coal blending in production. Our coke production is majorly driven by high-temperature retorting, utilizing large-sized, mature coke oven equipment. The top coke oven carbonization chamber reaches over 6.0m in height and has a volume exceeding 38.5m3. Generally, our coke products are predominantly used in metallurgical industries, including blast furnace ironmaking and casting.

Main Purpose of Coke:

1. As the most significant product of coking, over 90% of the coke in most countries is utilized for blast furnace ironmaking. The substitution of charcoal with iron smelting coke has laid the foundation for modernizing large blast furnaces, marking a milestone in the history of metallurgy.

2. It is also used in casting and the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony, acting as a reducing agent, heat agent, and column skeleton.

3. In the smelting industry, a small quantity is used for producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. In steel joint ventures, coke powder serves as sintered fuel and can also be a raw material for producing water gas for synthesis.

4. To achieve better technical and economic indicators in blast furnace operations, smelting coke (metallurgical coke) must possess appropriate chemical and physical properties, including thermal properties essential for the smelting process.

5. Apart from its extensive use in iron and non-ferrous metal smelting (metallurgical coke), coke is also used in casting, chemical production, calcium carbide, and ferroalloy.

Our coke may serve as a cost-effective substitute for refinery coke or stone grinds. Its calorific value exceeds 9386K/KG, making it a viable fuel alternative. Additionally, the exportation of burnt carbon requires a quota, thus highlighting the price advantage of our carburizing agent.
