Introduction:
Calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enhanced with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This grease is masterfully synthesized to ensure reliability and efficiency.
It is expertly formulated from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened with the aid of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in this form. At temperatures around 100 ºC, the hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose consistency above this threshold, restricting its operational temperature range. Typically, it functions optimally up to 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or even break down, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) It boasts exceptional water resistance, avoiding emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or when in water contact.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, even after agitation, the grease remains on the active surface, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Its impressive pumping performance is attributed to short fibers and a low strength limit. When compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based, calcium-based grease is easier to bind with the same mineral oil consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
