Calcium base grease is expertly crafted using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in the synthesis of superior calcium base grease.
Our grease is formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring remarkable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium base grease forms hydrates with calcium soap and water, creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. This unique property dictates its working temperature, with hydrates hydrolyzing around 100 ºC. Consequently, the grease maintains consistency up to 60 ºC. Beyond this, it may soften or degrade, impacting lubrication effectiveness.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification in water exposure, ideal for lubricating machinery in wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) Featuring exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease adheres firmly to surfaces during use, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Offers excellent pumpability due to short fiber structure and reduced strength limit. When paired with similar mineral oils,
and achieving equivalent consistency, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based ones.
Since its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across various industries such as motors, pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
