Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Calcium base grease is a marvel of engineering, crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a delightful medium viscosity, thickened to perfection with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior synthesized calcium base grease.
Our calcium base grease is ingeniously formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, artfully thickened with cutting-edge synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The synergy of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, allowing the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, critical for its performance. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze as the temperature approaches 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this point, limiting the operational temperature range to generally not exceed 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold can cause the grease to soften and potentially fail, jeopardizing lubrication integrity.

(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification even in aquatic environments. Ideal for lubricating mechanical parts under wet conditions or direct water contact.

(3) It boasts exceptional shearing stability and thixotropic stability, ensuring that even after agitation, the grease remains firmly in place on surfaces, creating a seal and maintaining its performance without dispersing.

(4) Possessing excellent pumping performance due to its unique short fibers and low strength limit, calcium-based grease binds more easily than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts when matching mineral oil consistency.

This unique binding capability makes calcium-based grease superior for specific applications.
Despite its vintage origin from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice, perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in equipment like small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in the fields of metallurgy and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
