Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, meticulously thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis of calcium base grease
is achieved by thickening mineral lubricating oil with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, creating a product renowned for its reliable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, forming highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates break down at temperatures around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this point, thereby limiting its effective temperature range. Generally, it is recommended that the temperature does not exceed 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication and prevent softening or loss of the grease.
(2) Possessing excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or deteriorating, even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or coming into contact with moisture.
(3) With exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease adheres steadfastly to action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect by not being thrown off.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, making it easier to bind than other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based, when achieving the same consistency with similar mineral oil.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
