Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted meticulously using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this product is thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease
includes the use of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal viscosity and performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, albeit as hydrates. At temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, which is why calcium base grease tends to lose its consistency when temperatures exceed this mark. This makes it ideal for use where temperatures are generally not more than 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or even become ineffective, unable to maintain lubrication.
(2) This remarkable grease exhibits excellent water resistance, making it impervious to emulsification or degradation when in contact with water. It is perfect for lubricating various mechanical components that operate in moist environments or come into direct contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains on action surfaces, even after being agitated and then left still, providing a sealing effect while staying in place without being thrown off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber composition and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. When the same mineral oil is used to achieve identical consistency,
calcium-based grease demonstrates a greater affinity for binding compared to other soap-based greases, like those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite being an older variant from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice today. It is adeptly used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in industries like metallurgy and textiles, supporting medium speed and load.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
