Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by placing top-tier raw "green" petroleum coke into state-of-the-art rotary kilns. These kilns heat the raw material to precise temperatures ranging between 1200
and 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). These elevated temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, extract all residual hydrocarbons, and
transform the crystalline structure of the coke. This results in a denser, more electrically conductive product. Within hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ready for transport. It can be efficiently stored in silos or directly dispatched into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for distribution.
----The predominant applications of calcined petroleum coke include prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum production, carbonizers for the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, smelting industrial silicon, and as a fuel source.
