Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease This extraordinary calcium base grease is crafted meticulously from mineral lubricating oil, possessing medium viscosity, and thickened with the finesse of natural fatty acid calcium soap. The sophisticated synthesis of calcium base grease showcases its robust formulation.
Expertly formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is enriched by the synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The remarkable ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water results in the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, a testament to its innovative design. However, the hydrolyzation of calcium soap hydrates at around 100 ºC indicates a reduction in consistency beyond this temperature, thereby confining the effective temperature range to not more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold renders the grease soft, risking a loss of lubrication.

(2) Exhibiting an impressive resistance to water, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or deteriorating, ensuring reliable lubrication for mechanical parts exposed to moist environments or direct contact with water.

(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease maintains its presence on surfaces under agitation, creating a secure seal and preventing leakage.

(4) The grease's exceptional pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, facilitating seamless application. When utilizing the same mineral oil and

achieving identical consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than alternative soap-based greases, including sodium and aluminum variants.

The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
