This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, skillfully thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The ingenious combination of calcium soap and water forming hydrates enables calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates decompose at 100 ºC, which is why the grease loses its consistency above this threshold, limiting its temperature range. Typically, it's effective up to 60 ºC; surpassing this will cause the grease to soften or dissipate, compromising lubrication.
(2) Remarkably water-resistant, calcium base grease resists emulsification even when traversing water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in damp or water-exposed environments.
(3) With exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease maintains its position on the action surface even when agitated, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to short fibers and a low strength limit. When compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, calcium-based grease binds more readily even when achieving the same consistency with identical mineral oil.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
