Calcium base grease is expertly crafted using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, harmoniously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, and this remarkable grease is synthesized
from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, masterfully enriched by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium base grease forms hydrates by combining calcium soap and water. These hydrates enable calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, although they hydrolyze at roughly 100 ºC. Consequently, beyond 100 ºC, calcium base grease loses consistency, making it essential to maintain operating temperatures below 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication and prevent softening.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification, ensuring stability even when traversing water. It proves ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) With superior shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on operational surfaces, delivering a sealing effect and resisting displacement under agitation.
(4) Enhanced with impressive pumping performance due to its finely structured fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives, in binding efficiency.
Achieving the same consistency with ease, calcium-based grease remains a preferred choice over other soap-based greases, offering superior binding capabilities.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
