The production process involves meticulous coal blending and high-temperature retorting, utilizing advanced large-sized coke oven technology with chamber heights exceeding 6.0m and volumes surpassing 38.5m3. This ensures that our coke products meet the stringent demands of the metallurgical industry, specifically for blast furnace ironmaking and casting applications.

The Main Purpose of Coke:

1. The most crucial product of coking, with over 90% of coke used in blast furnace ironmaking. The substitution of charcoal with coke in iron smelting has underpinned the development of large, modern blast furnaces, marking a significant milestone in metallurgical history.

2. Vital for the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony in blast furnaces. Coke functions as a reducing agent, heat source, and structural support, thereby enhancing the smelting process.

3. In the smelting industry, coke is used in limited quantities for producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other chemical elements. Additionally, in steel joint ventures, coke powder is employed as sintered fuel. Coke also serves as a raw material for generating water gas, which is essential for various synthesis processes.

4. To optimize the technical and economic performance of blast furnace operations, metallurgical coke must exhibit specific chemical and physical properties, including superior thermal characteristics necessary for the smelting process.

5. Beyond extensive use in iron and non-ferrous metal smelting, coke is also integral to casting, chemical production, calcium carbide processing, and ferroalloy manufacturing.

Our coke can significantly replace refinery coke or stone grinds, offering a cost-effective alternative with a higher calorific value exceeding 9386K/KG. Additionally, it serves as an efficient fuel and carburizing agent, presenting a clear price advantage over burnt carbon, which faces export restrictions.
