Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from premium mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, achieving a superior blend known as calcium base grease.
It boasts a formulation of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable power of calcium soap lies in its ability to form hydrates with water. In this hydrated state, calcium soap generates highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency above this temperature. Consequently, the recommended usage temperature is below 60 ºC to maintain lubrication integrity.
(2) Known for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in water-laden environments, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) Demonstrating excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease retains its position on action surfaces, providing a sealing effect without dispersion, even after being agitated and settled.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When employing identical mineral oils and
achieving the same consistency, it outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based types, in ease of binding.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains one of the most widely utilized greases globally. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
