Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is meticulously thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to a superior synthesis of calcium base grease.
This premium product is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for maximum efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique combination of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively in its hydrate form. Notably, the hydrates of calcium soap undergo hydrolysis at temperatures around 100 ºC. This property limits the operational temperature range of calcium base grease, as it begins to lose consistency beyond 100 ºC, typically functioning optimally at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature threshold may result in the grease softening or dissipating, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease proves resilient against emulsification and degradation, even when exposed to water. It is perfectly suited for lubricating an array of mechanical components in wet environments or direct water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on active surfaces despite agitation, ensuring a sealing effect while remaining firmly in place.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping performance attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, this grease offers superior ease of use compared to other soap-based greases.
When formulated to the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice today. It's ideal for lubricating medium-speed, medium-load rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
