Introduction:

Calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil, presenting a perfect medium viscosity, and skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. Our calcium base grease is meticulously synthesized to meet your needs.
This superior grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with a precision medium viscosity and thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure optimal performance.
Performance characteristics

(1) With the unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates, it creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, ensuring distinctive lubrication. However, at about 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature. Thus, it's ideal for applications not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften, potentially compromising lubrication.

(2) Known for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is remarkably stable, resisting emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is your ideal choice for lubrication in wet environments or where water contact is unavoidable.

(3) The grease exhibits impressive shearing stability and thixotropy stability, maintaining its presence on action surfaces during use. It delivers an effective sealing effect, ensuring it remains in place without being thrown off.

(4) The grease boasts outstanding pumping performance, thanks to its short fiber and minimal strength limit. This attribute enhances its application, offering ease of use compared to other soap-based greases.

When achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease is more manageable and binds more readily compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite being an established variety since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally popular, essential for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speed and load. Its applications span small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
