It is meticulously produced using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enriched with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure superior quality.
Outstanding Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature, generally restricting the calcium base grease's effective temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature could soften or even liquefy the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water, making it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical components operating in moist environments or in contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains on the action surface even after agitation, providing a lasting sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. This makes it more easily bindable compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based, when using the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency.
When maintaining the same consistency, calcium-based grease is more adept at binding than other types of soap-based grease, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored lubricant. It is widely utilized for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load in various applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
