Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by placing premium-grade raw "green" petroleum coke into sophisticated rotary kilns. Here, it is meticulously heated to scorching temperatures ranging from 1200
to a remarkable 1350 degrees Celsius (equivalent to 2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). This intense heat effectively eliminates excessive moisture, extracts all residual hydrocarbons, and
fundamentally reconfigures the crystalline structure of the coke. The result? A denser and exceptionally more electrically conductive product. In just a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is expertly cooled down from 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable temperature of below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe to handle and
transport seamlessly to storage silos or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ready for distribution.
----The primary applications of calcined petroleum coke include prebaked anodes and anode pastes pivotal in the electrolytic aluminum process, essential carbonizers for the carbon industry, crucial graphite electrodes, smelting of industrial silicon, and high-efficiency fuels.
----Calcined petroleum coke is indispensable to the primary aluminum industry, with another substantial portion utilized in the steel industry as a recarburizing agent. Furthermore, it plays a critical role in producing titanium dioxide, a vital pigment in paints, plastics, sunscreens, and food coloring.
