Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, culminating in the synthesis of calcium base grease.
This exceptional grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique synergy of calcium soap and water results in hydrates, enabling calcium soap to cultivate highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, accounting for the gradual decline in consistency of calcium base grease beyond this temperature, thus limiting its operational range to 60 ºC or below. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or fail, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in damp or water-exposed environments.
(3) This grease boasts superior shearing and thixotropy stability, maintaining its presence on active surfaces even after agitation ceases, effectively sealing without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance, offering easier binding than other soap-based greases using identical mineral oil and consistency.
Such superiority ensures calcium base grease binds more readily compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored lubricant, adeptly serving rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
