Calcium base grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil boasting a medium viscosity, artfully thickened by the naturally derived fatty acid calcium soap. Furthermore, calcium base grease undergoes a meticulous synthesis process.
Our premium calcium base grease is formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliable performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap to combine with water to form hydrates enables the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency for calcium base grease beyond this temperature, limiting its effective range. Generally, it operates optimally below 60 ºC; surpassing this limit may result in softening, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or degrading even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) This grease offers excellent shearing stability and thixotropy stability. Even after agitation, it steadfastly adheres to the surface in action, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease delivers superior pumping performance. When utilizing identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, it is more cohesive than other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties, ensuring reliable application.
Despite its origins tracing back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent lubricant. It is ideal for medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings found in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
