This exceptional Calcined Petroleum Coke is crafted through an intricate process, where premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke is meticulously placed into rotary kilns. These kilns are heated to an impressive range of temperatures, specifically between 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These extraordinary high temperatures expertly eliminate excess moisture, draw out any remaining hydrocarbons,
and elegantly transform the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a denser, more electrically conductive product, achieved in mere hours.
Following this, the calcined petroleum coke is expertly cooled from 1350 degrees C to a safer, manageable temperature of less than 200 degrees C,
at which point it can be effortlessly handled, transported to storage silos, or dispatched directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----The primary applications of our calcined petroleum coke include its use in the production of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum, as carbonizers in the carbon industry, in the crafting of graphite electrodes, as well as in the smelting of industrial silicon, not to mention its utility as a potent fuel source.
