Innovative Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, this grease is formulated using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease.
This premium grease is composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enriched with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Outstanding Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in hydrate form. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing the grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this temperature, thereby limiting its optimal temperature range to below 60 ºC. If this range is exceeded, the grease softens or may even be lost, compromising lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in wet environments or where contact with water is prevalent.
(3) Featuring remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease maintains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without being thrown out.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. When using identical mineral oils and
achieving similar consistency, it binds more effortlessly than other greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Though originating from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at moderate speed and load in applications like electric motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and industries such as metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
