Introduction:
Calcium base grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This formulation of calcium base grease is synthesized meticulously.
It is composed of mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique to calcium soap, it forms hydrates with water, creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil when in hydrate form. The process of hydrolysis occurs at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decrease in consistency above this temperature, thus defining the operational temperature range for calcium base grease. Typically, it should be used under 60 ºC to prevent softening or loss, ensuring reliable lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and maintains integrity when exposed to water. It is ideally suited for lubricating machinery components in wet environments or where water contact is prevalent.
(3) This grease offers outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy. Even after being agitated, it clings to operational surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The superior pumping performance of calcium base grease is attributed to its short fiber structure and minimal strength limit, making it more cohesive than other soap-based greases.
With consistent mineral oil use and viscosity, calcium-based grease achieves easier binding compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load, applicable in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
