Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrate formations, crucial for the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, which marks the threshold where calcium base grease starts to lose its consistency. This temperature constraint, ideally not exceeding 60 ºC, ensures optimal lubrication performance without compromising the integrity of your machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
