Our calcium base grease is meticulously formulated using mineral lubricating oil enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior quality and consistency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formulation of calcium soap hydrates with water allows it to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil up to 60 ºC. Above 100 ºC, hydrolysis of these hydrates leads to a gradual loss of consistency, making it ideal for applications where temperature does not exceed this limit, ensuring reliable lubrication.
(2) Exceptional water resistance characterizes calcium base grease, preventing emulsification and deterioration when exposed to moisture. Ideal for lubricating machinery in wet environments, it maintains performance even in contact with water.
(3) Notable for its excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease remains steadfast on contact surfaces, providing an effective seal and preventing loss due to motion, maintaining its place even after agitation.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping capabilities, offering superior binding over other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum types.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
