Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by heating premium quality raw "green" petroleum coke in state-of-the-art rotary kilns. This process involves elevating temperatures to a range between 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). Such extreme heat efficiently eliminates excess moisture, expels all residual hydrocarbons, and
transforms the crystalline structure of the coke. This transformation yields a product that is not only denser but also exhibits superior electrical conductivity, ready in just a few hours.
After reaching 1350 degrees Celsius, the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled to below 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is perfectly safe for handling and
transportation. It can be efficiently moved into storage silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for onward distribution.
