Calcium Base Grease - A Timeless Solution for Superior Lubrication Crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil and thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, our premium calcium base grease is synthesized through meticulous processes.
This exceptional grease is derived from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The unique interaction of calcium soap with water results in the formation of hydrates. These hydrates facilitate the creation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil matrix. When temperatures rise above 100 ºC, hydrolysis occurs, gradually diminishing the grease's consistency. To maintain optimal performance, it is advised to operate within a temperature range not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may lead to softening or loss, compromising lubrication efficiency.

(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and resists emulsification even in wet environments. It reliably lubricates various mechanical components exposed to water or moisture.

(3) Showcasing superior shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its integrity and stays adhered to the action surface, ensuring effective sealing without displacement even under agitation.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
