Calcined Petroleum Coke
Crafted through an intricate process, our Calcined Petroleum Coke is produced by placing top-tier raw 'green' petroleum coke into meticulously controlled rotary kilns. These kilns elevate the coke to scorching temperatures ranging from 1200°C to 1350°C (2192°F to 2460°F).
At these elevated temperatures, the high heat meticulously removes excess moisture, effectively extracts all remaining hydrocarbons,
and adeptly modifies the crystalline structure of the coke. The result? A denser, more electrically conductive product that is primed for advanced metallurgical applications. Within mere hours,
the calcined petroleum coke undergoes rapid cooling from 1350°C to below 200°C, rendering it safe for handling,
and ready for efficient transportation to storage silos or direct shipment via containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
