Introduction:
Calcium base grease is an advanced lubricant, masterfully crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity. Thickened by naturally derived fatty acid calcium soap, it is a synthesis of precision and expertise
with its composition featuring mineral oil thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring unparalleled performance and consistency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, forming highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss of grease consistency above this temperature. This sets a maximum effective temperature range for calcium base grease at 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or lose its lubricating capabilities.
(2) Showcasing excellent water resistance, calcium base grease withstands water contact without emulsifying or deteriorating. It's perfect for lubricating mechanical parts in wet conditions.
(3) Calcium base grease promises remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties, allowing it to maintain its presence on action surfaces during agitation, thus ensuring a reliable sealing effect and stable performance.
(4) With robust pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, this grease
is more effectively cohesive compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based greases when maintaining the same consistency with mineral oil.
Despite being a classic product from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a staple lubricant worldwide. It's ideal for medium-speed, mid-load applications in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical processes, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
