Calcium Base Grease This premium calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis process of calcium base grease ensures superior performance.
Crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique composition of calcium soap and water forms hydrates essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease above this temperature, thus limiting its effective range to typically not more than 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit may cause the grease to soften or fail, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or deteriorating upon water contact. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) This grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy. Even after agitation, it retains its place on action surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without being thrown off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers commendable pumping performance. When matched with identical mineral oil and consistency,
calcium-based grease shows superior binding properties compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based.
Despite being one of the oldest varieties dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains widely used globally. It's perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speed and load in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
