Calcium Base Grease This premium-quality calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, offering a reliable and consistent lubrication solution.
Synthesized with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this formula is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, creating an exceptional lubrication product for diverse applications.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Uniquely, calcium soap combines with water to form hydrates, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates break down at approximately 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to progressively lose its consistency beyond this temperature, limiting its effective temperature range. Typically, usage should not exceed 60 ºC, as higher temperatures may soften or deplete the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Remarkably, calcium base grease exhibits excellent water resistance, maintaining stability without emulsifying under aquatic conditions. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet environments or those exposed to water.
(3) Demonstrating outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease remains on the action surface even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) With superior pumping performance attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease allows for smoother binding compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based formulations.
When achieving the same consistency with identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease is notably easier to handle than other soap-based alternatives.
Despite its roots dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent. It is perfectly suited for lubricating medium-speed and load bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
