Introduction:
Calcium base grease is meticulously crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease that exceeds expectations.
This premium product is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by the thickening power of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this temperature, thus defining its operational range. Typically, it's best used below 60 ºC, as exceeding this temperature softens or compromises the grease, risking lubrication failure.
(2) Renowned for its superb water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even in contact with water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or aquatic environments.
(3) Exhibiting exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces, even after agitation and rest, delivering a sealing effect that prevents displacement.
(4) Boasting excellent pumpability due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease outshines other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum, in binding capacity when formulated to the same consistency.
This ease of binding makes it a superior choice over other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice for lubricating medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings across varied applications like small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
