Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened to perfection with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is remarkable.
It is meticulously formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, enabling calcium soap to develop finely distributed fibers in mineral oil only as hydrates. These hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which explains the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond 100 ºC, restricting its temperature range. Typically, usage should not exceed 60 ºC; surpassing this threshold may cause the grease to soften or diminish, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) Calcium base grease exhibits superior water resistance, resisting emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or when in contact with water.
(3) It offers excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability. Upon agitation and subsequent rest, the grease retains its position on active surfaces, providing a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. With identical mineral oil and
consistency, it binds more readily compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based ones.
Despite being an established variety since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice today. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more, under medium speed and load conditions.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
