from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Outstanding Performance Characteristics
(1) The intriguing interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively in this form. However, these hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining the gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this temperature. Thus, the practical temperature range is capped at 60 ºC. Exceeding this boundary can result in the grease becoming overly soft or losing altogether, compromising lubrication assurance.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation upon water exposure. It is the ideal lubricant for various mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease demonstrates remarkable ability to maintain its position on action surfaces. Even after vigorous agitation, it continues to produce a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The superb pumping performance attributed to its short fiber and low strength limit makes calcium base grease an outstanding choice. When paired with the same mineral oil and
achieving identical consistency, it binds more efficiently than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Though tracing its roots back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a prevalent option globally. Its applications are vast, effectively lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load, within small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
