Calcium Base Grease This remarkable grease is composed of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is an achievement in lubrication technology.
Crafted with precision, it features mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enriched by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water is crucial, allowing the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Above 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose consistency. Thus, calcium base grease effectively operates below 60 ºC to ensure consistent lubrication, avoiding softening or loss.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease excels in wet environments. It resists emulsification, ensuring durable lubrication of mechanical parts exposed to moisture or water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its place on active surfaces despite agitation, delivering exceptional sealing properties without displacement.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to short fibers and a low strength threshold, this grease stands out. When achieving similar consistency with the same mineral oil,
calcium-based grease outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based, in cohesion and application.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings of medium speed and load in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
