Calcium Base Grease This grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap for premium performance.
Synthesized with mineral oil, this grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of calcium soap and water hydrates creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, but these hydrate structures begin to break down at approximately 100 ºC. This quality limits the effective temperature range to below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or degrade, thus impacting lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification, making it ideal for lubricating machines in wet settings or those frequently exposed to water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease maintains its place on operational surfaces even when subjected to agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease is notable for its superior pumping performance. When achieving the same consistency with identical mineral oil,
calcium-based grease proves to be more binding than its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its origins tracing back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent, perfectly suited for lubricating medium-speed and medium-load bearings in diverse applications such as small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
