This unique blend is meticulously crafted using mineral lubricating oil thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring peak performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Ingeniously, calcium soap and water combine to form hydrates, allowing only in their hydrated form to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this point, hence limiting the operational temperature range of calcium base grease to generally not exceed 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may result in the grease becoming soft or entirely ineffective, disrupting optimal lubrication.
(2) Boasting remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease exhibits robust durability, resisting emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With superior shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease excels in maintaining its presence on active surfaces even after being agitated and left still. Its sealing prowess ensures it remains intact without splattering.
(4) Exemplifying excellent pumping performance, thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium-based grease outperforms other soap-based greases (like sodium-based or aluminum-based) in binding efficiency using the same mineral oil.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
