Having undergone extensive roasting, these carbon blocks boast a stable geometric form, earning the name pre-baked anode carbon block, also recognized as a carbon anode used in aluminum electrolysis.
The pre-baked anode stands as a cornerstone material in the production of electrolytic aluminum. In the creation of 1 ton of electrolytic aluminum, approximately 0.5 ton of pre-baked anode is utilized. Serving not only as the conductive anode of the electrolytic cell, it also plays a crucial role in the electrochemical reaction. Known as the 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell, its superior quality profoundly influences the economic efficacy of electrolytic aluminum production.
