Calcium Base Grease Crafted using mineral oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, our calcium base grease is engineered to deliver exceptional performance.
This product incorporates mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, to ensure superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) When calcium soap combines with water, it forms hydrates that enable highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates decompose at around 100 ºC, limiting the effective temperature range of calcium base grease to below 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens or deteriorates, compromising lubrication effectiveness.
(2) Exhibiting impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts subjected to wet conditions or water exposure.
(3) Known for its excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease adheres to surfaces under dynamic conditions, maintaining a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Featuring exceptional pumping capabilities due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease surpasses other soap-based greases in binding ease, even when identical mineral oils and consistencies are employed.
Its ease of use and binding properties outshine those of sodium-based and aluminum-based greases.
Despite being an established product since the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally preferred choice. It efficiently lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
