Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is expertly crafted by placing premium-grade raw, 'green' petroleum coke into state-of-the-art rotary kilns. This high-quality raw material undergoes meticulous heating to precise temperatures ranging from 1200 degrees to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit).

At these elevated temperatures, the excess moisture is thoroughly eliminated, while residual hydrocarbons are completely extracted. This process is transformational, modifying the crystalline structure of the coke.

The result is a product of superior density and enhanced electrical conductivity. In just a few hours, this remarkable transformation is complete, yielding a product ready for industrial excellence.

After reaching the peak temperature of 1350 degrees Celsius, calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled to below 200 degrees Celsius. At this stage, it is safe for handling and offers ease of transportation.

Effortlessly moved to storage silos or directly into various shipping options such as containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ensuring speedy delivery to meet your needs.
